Terrafirma pulled away in the fourth quarter and defeated San Miguel, 85-72, on Sunday, July 16 in the PBA On Tour at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.

Juami Tiongson carried the scoring cudgels early on, churning up 15 points before Ed Daquioag and Javi Gomez de Liao took care of business in the last period, improving the Dyip’s preseason record to 4-6.

Terrafirma outscored the Beermen by 25 points in the fourth quarter, with Daquioag and Gomez de Liao scoring 8 and 7 points, respectively, en way to a 13-point triumph.

Daquioag had 13 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists, while JP Calvo and Gelo Alolino both had 10 points and 4 assists.

Gomez de Liao finished with 9 points and 3 rebounds as the Dyip snapped a three-game losing streak.
