SMC chief Ramon Ang’s son Jomar, 26, passes away
The San Miguel Beermen, the Barangay Ginebra Kings, the Magnolia Hotshots and the entire PBA community mourn the passing of Jomar Ang, son of SMC president Ramon S. Ang.
Jomar, rushed to the hospital last Jan. 12 due to a serious injury, passed away Saturday. He was 26.
The chief financial officer of RSA Motors until his passing, Jomar was described by his parents as a “dutiful, loving, and kind-hearted son, brother, and dedicated friend to many.”
“Our beloved son, Jomar, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2020. It has been a painful experience, but we have been comforted by the expressions of love and sympathy sent to us is so many ways,” said Ramon and Tessie Ang in a statement.
“We appreciate all the kind thoughts and prayers. Thank you for being with us during this difficult time,” they added.
In winning the recent PBA Governors Cup Finals, the Gin Kings somehow cheered up the SMC chief while his son was in hospital in critical condition.
