Terrence Romeo re-enters PBA semi-bubble in Bacolor

Days after San Miguel welcomed back Alex Cabagnot from knee injury, the Beermen will be looking to restore another important championship piece.
The Leo Austria-mentored squad is bound to get better and healthier as high-scoring guard Terrence Romeo re-entered to the Bacolor semi-bubble last Saturday with high hopes of re-engaging in the team’s mission to reclaim the All-Filipino crown.
Romeo, the 5th overall pick of the 2013 PBA rookie draft, sat out his team’s final two games prior to the playoffs due to an injury. He’s now in the process of completing the quarantine protocols and will rejoin the team upon completion.
Coach Leo Austria couldn’t hide his excitement on the impending return of the 3-time PBA scoring champion, even hinting that the guard from Far Eastern University might play in Game 2.
“Terrence is already in the hotel, but we have to follow the protocols as he needs a two-day quarantine. Hopefully, next game makapag-practice na siya”, bared Austria.
The Beermen won Game 1 of their best-of-three series against NorthPort thanks to Alex Cabagnot’s game-winner and is now looking to advance to the next round with another ‘W’ on Thursday.
