WATCH: Terrence Romeo Highlights [2019 PBA Governors’ Cup]
San Miguel’s flamboyant guard Terrence Romeo recently inked a fresh three-year contract extension with the Beermen which will run up to 2022.
Through a lengthy post on his Instagram account, the 3-time PBA scoring champion bared the good news accompanied by a photo of himself signing the new deal.
The 27-year old native of Imus, Cavite expressed his gratitude towards the top bosses of SMC, particularly team owner Ramon Ang and Sports Director Alfrancis Chua, for their renewed trust in him.
“Kay Boss RSA, boss thank you so much po ng sobra sa pag buhay ng career ko, utang ko po sa inyo lahat ito,” wrote Romeo. “Ganun din kay Boss Al francis, maraming salamat po sa mga advices at sa pag-guide sa akin always. Promise boss mas pagbubutihan ko pa.”
Romeo also thanked his teammates for accepting him into the ‘SMC family’.
“Sa lahat ng teammates ko, salamat sa pag tanggap sakin. Hindi magiging maganda ung simula ko as a Beerman kung di nyo ko winelcome. Thank you mga bros! I’m so blessed to be a part of the SMC family. I will make sure to grow even better and make the most out of it.”
While the former national team player didn’t reveal the details of his new contract, it is widely believed that he will continue to receive the maximum salary which is pegged at P420,000 per month.
